Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support the team in converting leads and closing sales.
- Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales objectives.
Requirements
- B.Sc., HND, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Experience working in a Microfinance Bank is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be confident, proactive, organized, and target-driven.
