Job Position: Sales Manager / Sales Marketer Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketer/Sales Manager to conduct marketing and sales activities across Lagos, generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of building materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and marketing activities within Lagos.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell building materials to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, dealers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market visits and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building materials sales.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos building materials market.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to conduct field marketing activities across Lagos.
• Applicants must live on Lagos Island or its environs.
• Previous experience in a sales management role is an added advantage.

Compensation

• N200,000 monthly salary
• Sales commission.
