Sales Manager - Residential Solar (Abuja) | Uncapped Commission

- We are hiring one person to lead residential sales across the FCT. This is a hands-on role: you will be selling yourself from day one, not managing a sales team.
- You will own the customer from first contact through to installation - finding homeowners and small businesses, meeting them on site, understanding what they actually need, and closing the sale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Find and meet homeowners and small businesses across the FCT
- Visit them on site and assess their load, appliances and roof
- Present our systems and show each customer what they save against their fuel and grid bills
- Close the sale and follow through until the system is installed
- Build a network of electricians, estate agents and facility managers
- Report your pipeline and grow with the business
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Nigeria, with 2 or more years personally carrying a revenue or territory target
- A record of closing higher-value deals where the customer takes weeks or months to decide
- Fluent English. Hausa is an advantage, not a requirement
- Relationships in Abuja electricians, estate agents, facility managers or business owners
- Based in Abuja, and ready to be in the field every working day
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fixed monthly salary of 450,000 naira
- Uncapped commission on every system you close there is no ceiling on what you can earn
- Transport and communication allowances included
- Full product and technical training. You do not need a solar background - we will teach you the systems
- A product that actually sells: our customers cut their fuel bill from the day we install
