Job Summary

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of closing deals? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our mission of making homeownership more accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage high-performing sales executives.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge of the Abuja real estate market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Remuneration

Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly. Plus attractive sales commissions. Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
