About this role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Tashkent. In this role, you will guide clients through the full purchase journey, from first contact to closing. You will work with leads from partner agencies, online campaigns and showroom visits.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from partner agencies, online advertising and walk-in showroom visitors
- Identify client needs, budget and investment goals, and recommend suitable properties
- Prepare for and conduct property viewings and project presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle: negotiation, offer, booking and closing
- Keep all client interactions, deal stages and follow-ups up to date in the CRM
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partner agencies
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for deals, sales volume and conversion
- Monitor the Tashkent real estate market, competitor projects and pricing
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in real estate or another high-value product (e.g. banking, premium automotive, luxury retail)
- A proven track record with measurable results: number of deals, sales volume and conversion rates
- Experience working with leads from several channels and conducting client viewings or presentations
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Fluent Russian and fluent Uzbek
- English is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Organised and target-oriented, with the ability to manage several clients and deals at once
