Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Associates
- Drive team performance to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to team members
- Monitor performance and ensure consistent productivity.
Job Requirements
- BSc, BA, or HND in any discipline
- Proven experience leading a commission-based retail sales team
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Prior experience in HMO or insurance sales is an added advantage.
