About the Role The Sales Manager, Industrial Refrigeration, will lead the sales strategy and execution for Johnson Controls’ industrial refrigeration portfolio in Malaysia, primarily in Selangor and Petaling Jaya. This role focuses on growing revenue, expanding strategic accounts, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and service teams to win opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales plans for industrial refrigeration products in Malaysia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and provide technical support. What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales within industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in Malaysia, with willingness to travel.
