Responsibilities

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

• In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

• We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business — and your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors

• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:

• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry

• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations

• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years

• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.

• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• My name is Taittha and I'm a sales management trainee. Oh, it's amazing when I say the support I have from my supervisors to my colleagues, the camaraderie with the whole team, anybody in corporate, and it's just, it's, it's amazing. The support is unreal. The support moving through the ranks with enterprise, um, I think that's one of the strong suits of enterprise is the camaraderie and the mentorship you can gain within the company. So my managers have always been there with me to. Guide me in the right direction and give me advice when I need it. Everyone's been so supportive of me. I actually have a disability that not many people can see just by looking at me, and I've had um my manager doing like seizure training for everyone, like they went out of their way to do that for me. Um, and they give me the time I need to do everything. Because everyone that works for the company seems to be so down to earth, so understanding and empathetic about what one another goes through that it's easy to kind of lean on each other to, you know, help you through those tough times or help you through those, um, gray areas in your career or you know, everyday life, everybody just always has the answer is willing to help.
