Responsibilities

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

• In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors

• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:

• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry

• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations

• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years

• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.

• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• My name is Andres, and I’ve been with Enterprise Mobility for 5 years here in Houston, Texas. So my background is actually fashion merchandizing and general business, so I enjoyed the atmosphere, but for me it didn't have that fast climbing career path. So ultimately what made me want to join Enterprise was I want to constantly develop. I don't want someone telling me, hey, you have to wait to get promoted like opportunities are all yours, so I really. that fun career path and also networking at the same time. I actually joined Enterprise Mobility as an auto detailer. I, I worked part time while I attended school to get my bachelor's degree, but when I earned my bachelor's the opportunity to interview for a management training position was was there. And what interested me about the organization was the upward mobility. The great thing was I was able to see people move up within the company as I was detailing vehicles, so I had a clear understanding of what that management track kind of looked like, um, but I knew there was great upward mobility.
