Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program, starting to learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support behind-the-scenes operations

• Learn to run a branch, develop new business, and build a team

• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful

• Build customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills

• Develop relationships within the community to grow the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, DWI)
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship now or in the future
