• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, modeling selling behaviors with customers.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager (cover breaks, meal periods, or opening the store without a supervisor).
• Regularly interact with customers, delivering a high level of customer service.
• Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives. What We're Looking For
• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
• Foundational skills: ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals; coaching and building high-performing, diverse teams; strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across levels; flexible in a fast-paced retail environment; able to work independently and manage shifting priorities; comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software; ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, squatting, etc.). Compensation & Benefits
• Hiring Range: $20.50 - $25.88 USD per hour. This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
