Job title: Sales Lead Generator
About the Role The Sales Lead Generator role is part-time and focuses on generating and qualifying leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations in Charlotte, NC, with the goal of scheduling appointments for window and door solutions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers at events to discuss window and door problems and identify potential appointments.
- Travel to events, set up and break down materials, and represent the company with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Overcome objections, maintain social distancing and safety, and record leads using a smartphone and computer.
- Schedule appointments; compensation increases with performance; participate in paid training.

- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) and part-time, flexible hours.
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) and willingness to travel to events.
- Proficient with a smartphone and computer; able to set up and break down event materials.
- No prior experience required, though customer service, sales or marketing experience is a plus.
- A desire to learn, grow, and make connections; opportunity for advancement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in lead generation, marketing, brand ambassador roles, or related customer-facing fields.
Compensation & Benefits
- $15/hour base plus commission; uncapped weekly bonuses. On average, promoters earn $20-$30/hour.
