About the Role Join Renewal by Anderson as a Sales Lead Generator in Greenville, SC. This part-time role focuses on engaging customers at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations to identify window and door problems and schedule appointments. The more leads you generate, the more you earn, with an hourly base and uncapped bonuses.
What You'll Do
- Talk with customers at events to identify window and door problems and schedule appointments.
- Travel to various locations with setup materials and perform setup and breakdown of events.
- Maintain high energy, overcome objections, and keep a positive attitude; follow safety protocols including social distancing and mask wearing.
- Use a smartphone and computer to document leads and coordinate with Renewal by Andersen personnel to set up interviews.
- Assist with event setup and teardown and travel as required.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable & reliable.
- Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday).
- Part-time, flexible hours (4-5 hr/shift).
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
- Proficient using a smartphone and computer.
- Ability to execute setup & breakdown of events and maintain a high energy and positive attitude.
- No experience required; customer service, sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Desire to learn, grow and make connections with people; opportunity for advancement.
Nice to Have
- Sales, marketing or customer service experience (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- $15/hour base plus a lucrative commission structure; average earnings $20-$30/hour; UNCAPPED weekly bonuses.
