About the Role We are seeking well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to talk with customers about their window and door problems and to schedule appointments. The more appointments you set, the more money you can earn. This role involves generating leads at events, festivals, and other in-person locations, traveling to different sites with setup materials.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers at events to understand their window and door needs and schedule qualified appointments.
- Overcome objections, maintain a positive attitude, and build rapport with prospects.
- Attend and help set up/break down event materials, ensure safety and distancing guidelines, and travel to multiple locations as needed.
What We're Looking For

- Willing to execute setup & breakdown of events

- No experience required; customer service, sales or marketing experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- $15/hour base plus a lucrative commission structure. On average, promoters earn anywhere from $20-$30/hr with UNCAPPED weekly bonuses
