About the Role Join Coca-Cola HBC in Sofia, Bulgaria as part of the sales organization, helping drive RED and Market Execution activities. You will develop reporting, KPI updates, and implement the RED Picture of Success (RED PICOS) in D365 CRM, while preparing materials for Management and Sales teams and coaching others. What You'll Do
- Prepares regular reports and analyses for RED and Market Execution activities in Commercial Department.
- Provides regular updates on relevant business performance KPIs, including monthly/weekly/daily packs, dashboards, score-cards, etc. in alignment with sales function needs and requirements.
- Works on the development of the RED PICOS (RED Picture of Success) concept and its implementation in D365 (CRM), including conducting functional testing and validation to ensure accurate system performance and business requirements compliance.
- Prepares materials for presentations, supporting Management team and Sales Team.
- Maintains the required commercial documentation templates and forms used in work.
- Trains and coaches Sales staff and third-party providers, and ensures knowledge transfer and preservation. What We're Looking For
- University degree.
- One plus years of experience in FMCG.
- Fluency in both Bulgarian and English.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Access & SAP skills.
- Strong organizing and planning skills.
- Proactive approach, open-minded attitude, result oriented, ability to take quickly and quality decisions.
- Teamwork attitude and interested in continuously learning and developing. Nice to Have
