About the Role

As the Sales Floor Assistant at JCPenney Shops in Lake Havasu City, you will drive customer service, merchandise execution, and inventory processes to support profitable sales growth. You will train and develop associates, manage visual standards, and participate in omnichannel and store operations to maintain a clean, organized environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service; model and hold team accountable; resolve customer issues; demonstrate WORTH behaviors; partner with teammates when additional support is needed.
• Manage Door to Floor / Restock / RFID & Inventory; plan upcoming merchandise placement with Merchandise Supervisor; contribute to receipt and reverse logistics; assist with cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, RFID scans; contribute to Shoe on Display restocking and stockroom organization; support replenishment opportunities.
• Assist with SET / Visual / Environment; plan floor moves, place graphics, and execute visual detailing per guidance; identify sell-through opportunities and remerchandise to increase sales velocity; oversee fitting room and sales floor recovery to ensure a clean store environment; contribute to visual elements and keep stockroom maintained.
• Omnichannel (SVG 2-3 only) - assist with jcp.com orders and returns as needed; support Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store processes as needed.
• General Operations - support Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse; participate in DMTO process to ensure inventory integrity; participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards - support shrink and safety initiatives; consistently meet performance standards in sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
• Core Competencies & Accomplishments - focus on problem solving, accountability, and proactive improvement to customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Provide excellent customer service; maintain merchandising and visual standards; perform inventory and restock tasks; assist omnichannel fulfillment; retail/stock experience preferred.
• Ability to work with team, communicate effectively, and adapt to store operations and visual standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 17.00 - 21.00 per hour.
