Job Description We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
Responsibilities
- Market and promote the company’s properties to prospective clients.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Organise and conduct property site inspections.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships and generate referrals.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor market trends.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Strong customer relationship and sales conversion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Must be proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
