Job title: 电力电子产品认证销售/Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责
Mainly focus on testing and certification services for EV charging & swapping infrastructure (including V2G), C&I power supply, metering products and light power battery. 主要专注于充换电设备（含V2G）、工商业电源、计量产品及轻型动力电池的测试与认证服务
Collect marketing information of the above product segments and track global market access and regulatory updates (e.g. EU Battery Regulation, OIML, MID). 收集上述产品领域的市场信息，跟踪全球市场准入及法规动态（如欧盟电池法、OIML、MID等）
Complete personal sales target and objective. 完成个人销售目标与任务
Organize marketing activities such as seminars and exhibitions, analyse the market trend as well as the customer feedback. 组织研讨会、展会等市场推广活动，分析市场趋势以及客户反馈
Be responsible for the quotation draft according to TUVRH regulation. 依据TUVRH相关规定负责起草报价单
Old clients relationship maintenance and new client development in the assigned segments. 老客户关系维护及负责领域内的新客户开发
Enhance one-stop solution selling concept, organize joint seminars, etc. 强化一站式解决方案销售理念，组织联合研讨会等活动
Be systematic sales, use all required systems according to the requirements, e.g. Salesforce, etc. 规范销售流程，按要求使用所有必要系统，如Salesforce等
Job Requirements / 岗位要求

Minimum education: Bachelor Degree or above 本科及以上学历

Minimum professional experience: More than 3 years’ sales work experience; EV charging / power electronics / TIC industry experience is preferred 3年及以上销售工作经验；有充换电、电力电子或TIC检测认证行业经验者优先

Strong ability to build customer relations and good communication skills; familiar with sales process and able to reach sales goals independently 具备较强的客户关系搭建能力与良好的沟通技巧，熟悉销售流程，能够独立达成销售目标

Good written communication skills in English; oral English is a plus 具备良好的英文书面沟通能力，具备英语口语能力者优先

Willing to travel within China 愿意在中国区域内出差
