About this role
Promote and sell the Group's products and services across real estate, short-let/property
operations, construction-related services, property management, maintenance services,
and other approved business offerings.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers, signed mandates, deposits,
commitments, contracts, or other approved commercial outcomes.
Follow up with prospective clients, buyers, tenants, investors, landlords, corporate
clients, and customers.
Conduct client presentations, property inspections, site visits, service briefings, investor
calls, and offer discussions.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients until transactions are closed or formally
discontinued
Close sales transactions in line with company policies, approved pricing, and
management-approved commercial terms.
Provide accurate information on company products, services, payment plans, project
offerings, timelines, terms, and approved promotional offers.
Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to closure and handover to the
relevant department.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients until transactions are closed or formally
discontinued
Prepare sales reports, call reports, lead reports, campaign lead reports, and customer
follow-up trackers.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, enquiries, campaign responses, proposals,
offers, meetings, inspections, and closed deals.
Requirements

Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate

Management, Mass Communication, Sales, Project Management, or related field.

2-4 years experience in sales, marketing coordination, real estate sales, customer
-
acquisition, property services, corporate sales, or related commercial roles.

Experience in property sales, short-let/property services, construction services, facility
-
management sales, digital lead conversion, or campaign follow-up is an added
-
advantage.

Ability to demonstrate prior sales performance, customer conversion, campaign follow-

up, or revenue contribution is an advantage.
