Job Summary
Sales Executive duties include meeting, touring, and involving prospective guests/owners while on property and presenting them with an opportunity to purchase while on presentation, to become an owner of the finest vacation experience or enhance owners’ portfolios with new purchase. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the Company standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers.
Expected Contributions
Prepares each day to meet guest/owners as a professional sales representative through proper dress code and grooming. Adheres to standard work hours 7am – 4pm. Greets each guest/owner in a warm and friendly manner as specified during initial meeting. Uses approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively. Achieves individual established performance guidelines within established time frames. Contributes to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels, as set by management. Provides customer service to guest/owners as specified in training and direction of management. Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions face to face an online training.
