Requirements
- Minimum BSc in Business or related field
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years cognate experience Self motivated with a result driven approach
- Passion for Sales and Resillience
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Experience in the paint industry is an advantage
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
Job Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive sales growth.

Generate leads, establish new business opportunities, and promote the company's products.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage customer accounts effectively.
