The Company was incorporated in 2008 by promoters of the highly successful Co-operative Villas, Badore, Lagos - a community of over 600 homes considered to be one of the best of its kind in West Africa.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
