Sales Executive - Enterprise Informatics
Drive direct commercial growth and strategic customer relationships across Colombia, helping healthcare organizations accelerate their digital transformation through Philips Enterprise Informatics solutions.
Your role:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive order intake, revenue growth, pipeline generation, and long-term customer relationships in Colombia.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, IT stakeholders, procurement, finance, and strategic accounts.
- Lead complex direct sales opportunities from customer need identification through proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, opportunity qualification, and market development initiatives.
- Position Philips Enterprise Informatics solutions, including healthcare software, imaging informatics, clinical workflow, and digital health capabilities.
- Collaborate with clinical specialists, solution consultants, project management, service, finance, legal, and marketing teams to support customer proposals and sales execution.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Clinical Informatics, or a related field.
- You have relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, key account management, business development, or consultative selling.
- You have experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including clinical, technical, procurement, finance, and executive audiences.
- You have strong experience in pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, negotiation, and sales execution.
- Experience selling healthcare technology, software, SaaS, digital health, healthcare informatics, PACS/RIS, EMR/EHR, interoperability, or hospital workflow solutions is strongly preferred.
- You are fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with availability to travel within Colombia according to customer and business needs.
