Job Description
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue for the company by selling residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
- You will be the face of Chokmannrealty Services, ensuring clients receive professional guidance from the first point of contact to the close of the deal.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and provide detailed information regarding property features, pricing, and payment plans.

Guide clients through the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values in Abuja.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts for management.

Proficient with CRM and MS Office

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Knowledge of Abuja’s real estate landscape is an advantage.
