Job title: Sales Executive - Africa (French Speaker)
About the position This position is reserved for French speakers. As a Direct Sales Executive, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, building trusting relationships, proposing tailored solutions and closing sales with our future customers. You will be the ambassador of Odoo, with a clear mission: to simplify business management and boost the growth of SMEs! Your daily life will be a clever mix of networking, qualification, pitching and problem solving. By relying on your natural charisma, you will create lasting relationships with companies from various sectors. Your goal is powering SMBs with intelligent, scalable solutions that simplify their operations and accelerate their success.
Responsibilities

Lead qualification: Manage a pipeline of potential customers and evaluate the suitability of our solutions for their projects. Needs analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery interviews to understand customer challenges and bottlenecks to position our software as the ideal solution. Product Demos: Produce captivating and personalized demos that highlight the added value of Odoo in the face of the customer’s specific problems. Proposal development: Design tailored offerings and pricing models aligned with both customer needs and business goals. Negotiation and Closing: Manage negotiations (price, contractual conditions) and remove objections to meet, or even exceed, your sales objectives. Internal collaboration: Work hand in hand with Business Analysts and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and share your feedback for continuous improvement.
