About the Role
Join ZF as a Technical Service Field Assistant within the marine field to provide technical support including commissioning, diagnosis, failure analysis, repair, and technical training for customers (service partners, end users, and in-house support) in marine or remote applications. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic component failures in ZF components after dedicated training
- Use diagnostic tools and devices to perform the requested operation
- Plan and monitor the availability of materials and resources for external repair activities or rehabilitation campaigns
- Manage the process of offering and invoicing with the Customer (internal or external), mainly with the service partners
- Report activities and warranty requests through ZF or OE dedicated portals
- Provide customer service and hotline support
