Lifetouch / Shutterfly Sales Enablement Specialist
The Sales Enablement & B2B Marketing Specialist supports the development and delivery of sales content, tools, and programs that help sales teams engage customers and drive results. This role combines sales enablement, content development, digital marketing support, and Highspot administration while partnering across Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration and optimization of the Highspot sales enablement platform.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, sell sheets, battle cards, and email templates.
- Coordinate sales enablement requests and support project execution.
- Monitor content performance and platform analytics to identify improvements.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure sales readiness and consistent messaging.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, B2B Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related role.

Experience with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.

Experience creating customer-facing content for digital and print channels.

Familiarity with Salesforce and sales technology platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
