About the team/role

At 99Food, Sales Enablement acts as the bridge between strategy and execution. We equip our Business Developers (BDs) with the tools, knowledge, and motivation they need to achieve excellence in the field.

As our Sales Enablement Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of engagement initiatives and reinforcing a strong sales culture that impacts hundreds of salespeople across Brazil.

This internship is ideal for someone who is highly organized, energetic, and passionate about helping others grow through meaningful engagement.

In this role, you'll be...

• Support the organization of sales campaigns and engagement rituals by helping prepare materials, invitations, and internal communications.
• Assist with the logistics of sales culture initiatives and events, managing details such as invitation distribution, reminders, attendance tracking, and follow-ups.
• Update and maintain support materials for the sales team, including presentations, FAQs, checklists, and internal communications.
• Help collect field feedback by organizing survey responses and consolidating insights for the Enablement Specialists.
• Organize and maintain internal knowledge repositories (Google Drive, Notion, etc.), ensuring BDs have easy access to the information they need.
• Support the communication and promotion of sales campaigns and rituals, bringing energy and creativity to help engage the team.

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Psychology, Education, HR, Communications, or a related field.
• Curiosity and genuine interest in sales culture, learning & development, and team engagement.
• Good organizational and communication skills, with willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Calendar); knowledge of Canva or Notion is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude, eager to contribute and support the team in daily activities.
