About the job
The role
You'll be one of our first sales hires, booking demos with body shop owners and multi-location groups. You'll work directly with the founders, and your results will shape how our sales team is built.
What you'll do

Make cold calls to independent body shops and regional collision groups
-
Book demos and move interested shops toward a decision

Follow up with warm leads on a consistent cadence

Keep the CRM up to date so nothing slips

Share what you hear on calls so we can sharpen the pitch and the product

About you

Confident on the phone and comfortable with high-volume cold calling

Self-directed: you manage your own day and hit your numbers without being chased

Resilient. You hear "no" a lot and keep dialing

Clear, honest communicator who builds trust quickly

Automotive, collision repair, or insurance experience is a strong plus, but not required. If you've worked in a shop, as an estimator, or sold to shops, tell us
Compensation
Commission-only, no base salary. Full structure discussed in the first interview.
