You will respond to and qualify inquiries from Latin America, qualify opportunities, and support Account Executives to grow pipeline. You will also leverage Salesforce AI tools to streamline processes and deliver a world-class customer experience. What You'll Do
- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Salesforce in Latin America
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
