About the Role As Coface expands its footprint in the Business Information market, we are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to grow our sales pipeline and support growth in the African market. The SDR will play a key role in qualifying leads and conducting prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Deployment of Commercial Strategy: Design and implement an action plan aligned with objectives and macro/microeconomic trends.
- Active Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through calls, professional networks, events, and partnerships.
- Needs Analysis: Understand local market expectations for commercial information and propose tailored solutions.
- Promotion of BI Solutions: Highlight URBA360 and the Quality Label financial excellence certification as performance and trust drivers.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure achievement of objectives, negotiate and finalize contracts, and track customer satisfaction.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors’ actions to adjust strategy accordingly.
- Digitalization: Master Coface tools (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM).
- Service Quality: Guarantee KPI achievement and streamline the integration of commercial information.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development.
- Strong commitment to relationship-building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
- Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Excel for reporting and analysis.
