About the Role

The SDR will drive outbound prospecting and pipeline development with a primary focus on Appfire’s Flow product and emerging cross-sell opportunities across our portfolio of over ~20k existing Appfire customers, globally. This role is key to identifying new prospects, creating demand, and opening doors to new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and identify key decision makers for outbound campaigns
• Execute personalized outreach via email, phone, and social channels to generate interest in Flow and other Appfire products
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives to advance opportunities
• Track activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce to support forecasting and reporting
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify new cross-sell targets
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for meetings booked and pipeline created

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound prospecting or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with high outbound activity and able to handle rejection constructively
• Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach for different industries and roles
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Sales Navigator, Gong, ZoomInfo and Calendly) is a plus
