Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in electronics sales to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and lead the sales team across the East Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.
- Develop new business opportunities within the electronics market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, clients, and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to increase sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics or consumer electronics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the electronics market and distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
