Job title: Sales & Customer Order Processing Specialist
About the Role Are you passionate about working with great people on innovative topics in a creative and collaborative environment? At Diehl, you will take full responsibility for end-to-end customer order processing and planning. This includes order entry, delivery note creation, invoicing, and dunning, as well as disposition and the on-time execution of customer orders. You will enter and continuously review rolling ERP planning based on the customers' planning forecast and maintain customer and order data.
What You'll Do
- Handle full customer order processing from entry to invoicing, including delivery notes and dunning, and manage disposition and timely execution of orders.
- Enter and maintain customer master data and order data.
- Monitor deadlines and communicate with customers on order status, demand planning, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with customers on deviations, organize demand planning, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain rolling ERP planning based on customer forecast.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and claims.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and first experience in sales/disposition in an industrial company.
- Very good MS Office and ERP system skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork and communication skills.
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Organizational talent, meticulous work approach, and readiness to make decisions.
