• We are looking for a fixed-term contract (3 months) based in Argenteuil.

• Project & Data Separation Coordinator

• Role Objective

• Support the separation of projects, fragrances and commercial data between two business entities, ensuring information is accurately reviewed, transferred and maintained in the appropriate systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Data Migration

• Review and track projects requiring separation between the two entities.

• Support the migration of projects using internal project-management tools.

• Maintain accurate trackers for completed, pending and open activities.

• Ensure project information is correctly assigned and updated.

• Fragrance Data

• Identify fragrances common to both entities and support their separation.

• Maintain accurate fragrance records and related information.

• Support the management and transfer of fragrance reservations.

• Sales & Pricing Data

• Review Sales, pricing and related data and ensure correct allocation between entities.

• Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag issues for resolution.

• Support reconciliation of data between different systems.

• Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate with Controlling, Development, Sales, IBIS managers, KIAMs and other stakeholders.

• Escalate discrepancies or issues that require further clarification.

• Key Deliverable

• Ensure that projects, fragrances, reservations, Sales and pricing data are accurately separated and correctly reflected for each entity, with clear tracking of all completed and outstanding activities.

• Skills & Profile

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good Excel skills and willingness to work with large data sets

• Organised and comfortable with project tracking

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Ability to work with different teams and internal systems
