We currently seek a sales professional who is dedicated to our mission of the importance of learning a language and to prospecting on a daily basis. Success will only come to someone who is self-driven, smart, organized, motivated, and can demonstrate a proven track record of finding and developing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through database and lead managementDevelop and execute long-term sales strategyContinuously manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressureMaintain a daily high volume of outbound calls to potential customersWork as a team-player to best respond to customer needsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situationsBe eager to take the lead, and use all the tools at your disposal to help our customers travel on a language course abroadDevelop and promote relationship building activities, including fairs and exhibitionsFlexibility to work weekly late shifts and monthly weekend coverage may be requested. Extra hours as needed.Reach and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s DegreeSales oriented and target driven with 1-2 years of work experience in sales or recruitment (recent grads with strong work experience also welcome to apply)Goal orientedCompetitive team spiritCreative with an entrepreneurial mindsetSelf-motivated and ambitious, strong ability to manage and complete projects with minimal directionAbility to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressureTravel to meet prospective students throughout the yearStudy abroad and previous sales experience is preferredThis role will be based full time in our downtown office
