Sales Coordinator - Automotive Interior

About the Role The Sales Coordinator for Automotive Interior at Continental supports administrative acquisition processes, data management in SAP, and customer-facing activities from the Pune site. You will assist the Key Account Manager, ensure compliance with quality standards and internal processes, and help drive planning, forecasting and market insights while maintaining strong customer relationships. What You'll Do

• Verify and execute the internal acquisition process from an administrative perspective with focus on quality standards and rules, including data entry of purchase orders in SAP.
• Manage trial and pre-serial orders; support the project team during serial implementation and change management.
• Ensure data and acquisition documents are archived; facilitate communication between internal and external partners; ensure agreed processes are followed.
• Support Key Account Manager with administrative tasks by Sales Planning (Budget and Forecast) process, business plan creation and claim management.
• Manage customer accounts with financial responsibilities: payment terms, credit limits, overdue reconciliation, etc.
• Gather information about markets and competitors (market trends and prices) and maintain customer relationships; be the voice of the customer and represent Continental to the customer.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external business partners. What We're Looking For
• Degree in technical, science or business studies or similar qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience; Sales or SCM expertise required.
• International project management experience for major projects required.
• Language skills: fluent in English.
• Ability to manage financial aspects of customer accounts and use SAP for data entry. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: 18,083 – 74,093 (format in local currency as per posting).
• Onsite role based in Pune, India.
