About the Role Renewal by Andersen is growing in our Florida market and hiring Sales Consultants! We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a Sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects.
- Build rapport with homeowners and deliver a premium homeowner experience while pursuing top results.
- Leverage pre-set, pre-qualified leads and participate in a 10-week paid training program at $25/hour.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop skills, confidence, and close projects.
- Support the company’s mission by delivering premium products and service and contributing to a successful installation process.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Requires ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs
- Requires ability for occasional reaching from floor to at or above shoulder level
- Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces
- Ability to drive personal vehicle and have a valid state motor vehicle operator's license
Nice to Have

- Prior design experience or exposure to replacement projects
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation averages between $200,000-$255,000 per year (with potential bonuses)
- Profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated and paid quarterly
- 10 weeks of paid training to ensure success ($25/hr)
- Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing
- No cold calling; leads are pre-set and pre-qualified
