Job title: Sales Consultant
About the Role The Sales Consultant role in Albert Lea, MN is to promote Renewal by Andersen windows and related home solutions, build trust with customers, and convert pre-qualified leads into sales. You’ll operate in a full-time, in-home setting with a strong emphasis on customer service, ongoing training, and earning potential through commissions and bonuses.
What You'll Do
- Meet with customers in their homes in Albert Lea, MN to understand needs and present Renewal by Andersen windows and related products.
- Convert pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments into sales, following up as needed to close deals.
- Demonstrate products, provide accurate proposals, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and use computers/software to manage leads and sales activity.
- Collaborate with team members, follow company processes, and manage a schedule that may include nights and weekends.
- Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring customer-first experience and long-term satisfaction.

- Two years of in-home customer service and sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Schedule availability including nights and weekends occasionally.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in home improvement sales or with Renewal by Andersen products (windows/doors) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a commission-based incentive environment.
