About the Role A commission-only Sales Consultant role at McDonald Volvo (McDonald Automotive Group) in Littleton, focused on managing leads, educating customers, and closing vehicle sales while delivering exceptional service aligned with company values.
What You'll Do
- Own lead management with professional phone and email communications.
- Work directly with customers to develop relationships and guide the sales process.
- Become a vehicle expert through manufacturer training and programs.
- Resolve customer issues professionally during and after the sale, with Sales Manager input as needed.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, including introductions to service.
- Stay informed on new products, features, and how they benefit customers.
- Align with company values in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace change in a rapidly evolving environment.

- Automotive sales experience (a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a commission-only position; earnings vary by performance. Historically between $50,000 and $150,000 annually. The dealership notes a range of $60,000–$150,000 per year in job postings.
