Job Description
The Associate, Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating and delivering targeted training to enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on sales processes and systems. This position collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to develop and implement responsive programs that support business needs and increase sales.

Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills

Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of operating plan targets and high customer satisfaction

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training programs that enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills

Analyze data and performance trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems for a superior customer experience

Maintain high levels of communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships

Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training

Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members

German C1, English B2

Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations

Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
