About the Role Philips is seeking a dynamic Clinical Business Manager for the MRI modality to serve as the clinical expert and sales/business support for customers in Eastern Canada. The ideal location is the Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal corridor; candidates living outside this area should expect additional travel and overnights.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust.
- Lead and own the business with a proactive and customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships.
- Support the Account Manager/Account Executive in the sales process, from solution definition and design to proposing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory.
What We're Looking For
- Clinical expertise in MRI and ability to serve as the clinical expert for customers.
- Experience supporting sales processes and providing business solutions to customers.
- Strong relationship-building with key decision-makers, leveraging technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility.
- Ideally located in the Toronto/Ottawa/Montreal corridor; willing to travel within Eastern Canada.
- Ability to travel/overnights as needed.
