Sales & Business Development Assistant – Italian Speaking

Job Description

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Business Development, Regional Growth and Sales teams.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, calendars, business travel and related follow-up activities.
• Manage timesheets, expenses and purchase-to-pay processes in IFS.
• Support the preparation and formatting of tender, qualification and sales documentation in English and Italian.
• Coordinate routine client and business-partner correspondence and maintain accurate records, contact information and shared content.
• Support visitors and hospitality arrangements, collaborate with other assistants and provide cover when required.

Qualifications

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification in business administration, sales support or a related field.
• Initial experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Italian; German is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and other digital tools is beneficial.
• Well-organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with strong communication and service skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn, with an interest in working in an international, fast-paced industrial environment.
