A 2025. nyarán megnyitott Ibis Styles Debrecen Airport csapatába keresünk Sales asszisztens kollégát, akinek elsődleges feladata új üzleti lehetőségek felkutatása és kiaknázása, emellett közreműködik a szálloda vállalati, szabadidős turisztikai és MICE (üzleti rendezvények, konferenciák és kiállítások) ügyfélkapcsolatainak kezelésében.

Az állás leírása

• Új üzleti lehetőségek felkutatása és kiaknázása, szilárd ügyfélkapcsolatok kiépítése a bevételek növekedésének elősegítése érdekében.
• Átfogó ügyfél- és kapcsolattartói adatbázis vezetése és frissítése, az egyedi igények és elvárások dokumentálása és személyre szabott szolgáltatásnyújtás biztosítása.
• A szálloda professzionális képviselete üzleti körökben és iparági rendezvényeken, a márka ismertségének növelése és potenciális ügyfelek megszerzése.
• Részletes elemzések, jelentések és marketingtervek készítése.
• A versenytársak tevékenységének és a piaci trendek figyelemmel kísérése.

Elvárások

• Magabiztos magyar- és angol nyelvtudás, szóban és írásban egyaránt.
• Nyitott, extrovertált személyiség, kiváló kommunikációs és kapcsolatépítési készség.
• Kezdeményezőkészség, proaktív hozzáállás és képesség a hosszú távú üzleti kapcsolatok kialakítására és fenntartására.
• Határozott fellépés, ambíció, lendület és eredményorientált gondolkodás.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint és egyéb irodai programok magabiztos használata.
• Vendégközpontú szemlélet, a magas színvonalú szolgáltatás és a minőség iránti elkötelezettség.

Előnyt jelent:

• Korábbi értékesítési, marketing- vagy szállodaipari tapasztalat.
• Releváns felsőfokú végzettség (pl. gazdasági, kereskedelmi, marketing- vagy turisztikai területen)
