About the Role The L.L.Bean Legacy Place Retail Store in Dedham, MA is seeking Temporary, Part-Time Sales Associates who can work evenings or weekends, and team members interested in learning the Monogrammer role. As a Sales Guide, you'll be the heartbeat of our outdoor gear and apparel departments, delivering world-class service and helping create an outdoor-loving community.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers with personal and genuine service interactions
- Drive sales and build brand loyalty through outstanding service
- Build relationships by sharing expertise and product knowledge
- Assist with monogramming as needed, including reviewing orders and ensuring quality
- Use POS and customer systems to provide seamless omni-channel service
- Promote LL.Bean initiatives (Outdoor Discovery School and Mastercard program)
- Maintain store standards and collaborate with the team to adapt to needs
- Follow safety policies and ensure a safe work environment
- For the Monogrammer role: personalize merchandise with high-quality monograms, inspect finished products, process orders, and ensure on-time completion.
