About the Role Scalpers is seeking a Sales Associate for its Zaragoza point of sale. The main goal of the role is to represent the brand values and create a memorable shopping experience while helping the store meet its objectives, keeping the store organized and stocked.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand values and image, creating a customer experience that drives sales and helps achieve store objectives and KPIs.
- Attract and Fidelize customers with fashion orientation, paying attention to detail and leveraging product knowledge.
- Perform store operations: inventory (RFID system), receiving albaranes, and replenishment of stock.
- Maintain store image and visual standards, ensuring the store remains orderly.
- Work in a positive, enthusiastic, proactive and flexible team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Fashion-oriented with a good sense of current trends.
- Ability to attract and fidelize customers, attention to detail and solid product knowledge; capable of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with store operations: inventories (RFID), receiving shipments, and stock replenishment.
- Ability to maintain the store’s image according to visual standards and keep the store organized.
- Team player with a positive, proactive, energetic and flexible attitude.
