Job title: Sales Associate
We are seeking a Sales Associate at Amista Vineyards in Healdsburg, California. This full-time role focuses on wine sales, hospitality, and tasting room outreach, supporting guest service and sales initiatives for a portfolio including Sparkling Wine and Organic Rhone Wines.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and provide exceptional hospitality and tasting room service
- Sell wines, process transactions, and assist with upselling and memberships
- Support outreach and business development activities to grow wine sales
- Represent the winery in a professional manner and collaborate with marketing and events
- Maintain tasting room cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
- Learn about the winery's portfolio and share knowledge with guests
What We're Looking For
- Experience in wine sales, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; guest-focused
- Ability to work full-time, flexible schedule, and stand for extended periods
- Interest in learning about wines and sharing knowledge with guests
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
- Based in or willing to work in Healdsburg, California
Nice to Have
- Experience with organic or sustainable wines and/or wine production
- Knowledge of Sparkling Wine and Organic Rhone Wines
- Familiarity with Dry Creek Valley wines
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $24 - $46 per hour
