Job Description
•擔任TUMI品牌大使的角色，推廣品牌理念和品牌文化，為客戶提供最優質的服務，滿足需求和期望，提高客戶對品牌的鍾愛和忠誠度。 •抱持著開放及有建設性的溝通態度與團隊溝通，保持合作及提供有效解決方法的心態，並持續學習。
Selling
- 穿著符合公司服裝儀容規定。
- 按照銷售流程服務客人 。
- 透過打招呼、傾聽與提供超乎客戶需求的協助、展示出色的商品知識給客戶與眾不同的服務經驗。
- 進行全類別商品的串聯銷售 。
- 針對時尚潮流的走向及市場發展，能與客戶討論或提供建議。
- 達成個人及店櫃業績目標。
CRM •針對不同顧客之需求和特質，建立與鞏固與顧客關係。 •維護及更新客戶資料，並符合公司規範。
VM •保持商品陳列整齊並符合陳列準則。 •維護店內整齊、清潔、商品展示、品牌形象。
After-sales •進行維修件之基礎檢測 •進行報修流程及事宜。
Store Operations •正確／安全管理庫存，確認庫存商品的完整與安全 。 •遵循開、關店和百貨店櫃相關規範，完成相關事宜。
Other •回報緊急事件或特殊個案。
