Job title: Sales Associate - TOUS (Isla Azul)
About the Role Join TOUS in our Isla Azul shopping center store as a Sales Associate. You will advise customers, create unique looks with exclusive products, and be part of their special moments. The role offers a permanent contract, 24 hours per week, with a late-afternoon schedule: Monday to Sunday from 18:00 to 22:00, with one day off.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers and help them express themselves through looks using exclusive products
- Create personalized looks for each client; each day will be different
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the team, maintain a positive, upbeat environment
- Train continuously on product knowledge, visual merchandising, customer experience, KPIs, and more
- Participate in virtual coffee chats with part of the commercial leadership team to share ideas and projects
- Use TOUS Connect intranet and Yammer to stay informed and share experiences
- Take advantage of a 30% discount on all products and special sales events throughout the year
- Be open to choosing a uniform that represents you and wearing TOUS products

- Prior sales experience is ideal, but not required; training will be provided
