Overview
Taurean Max Ltd, a growing real estate development & investment company, is hiring a Sales Associate.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Generate and convert property sales leads
- Manage prospects and follow up through to closing
- Conduct property inspections and presentations
- Build relationships with buyers, investors and other clients
- Negotiate and close property transactions
- Maintain sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities within the Lagos real estate market
Requirements
What they're looking for:
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree
- Experience in real estate sales, property marketing, business development or related sales is an advantage
- Strong sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive and commercially minded
